TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Alpaca Roofing LLC will provide services identified in the associated Invoice or Proposal (“Work”) for the price indicated within the Invoice or Proposal.

 

PAYMENT. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise noted within the Invoice or Proposal. Upon execution of the Invoice or Proposal, the customer will provide payment as outlined. The customer shall pay all invoices, including change orders, within the specified time frame. We reserve the right to withhold future work or warranty work if payment is not made.

 

CHANGES TO THE WORK. The customer or regulatory officials may request changes to the Work, including additions, deletions, or modifications. Any changes will be documented, and the customer will pay all costs associated with change orders. The customer agrees that any changes requested will be authorized and will adjust the original terms of the Invoice or Proposal.

 

COMPLETION. Alpaca Roofing LLC will complete the Work as quickly as practicable. However, we are not responsible for any damages arising from delays in completing the Work unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

 

DAMAGES. The customer agrees that the only damages that may be brought against Alpaca Roofing LLC relate to our failure to complete the contracted work or damage to the customer’s digital assets. Any breach of this Contract by the customer shall result in damages to Alpaca Roofing LLC, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

 

TERMINATION. Either party may terminate the contract for cause. The customer shall pay for completed Work and any resulting direct and incidental costs and damages. Termination by the customer prior to completion shall require payment for all completed Work and materials purchased for the project.

 

INDEMNIFICATION. The customer shall indemnify and hold Alpaca Roofing LLC harmless from any claims arising from the customer’s breach of any covenant, representation, or warranty herein.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This contract supersedes all prior communications and agreements. Any amendments must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

 

WARRANTY. [ADD WARRANTY INFORMATION, IF APPLICABLE]

 

USE OF MARKETING MATERIALS. The customer agrees to allow Alpaca Roofing LLC to use any marketing materials created for promotional purposes without penalty or fees.

 

TESTIMONIALS. The customer agrees to allow Alpaca Roofing LLC to use any written or verbal testimonials in our advertisements without penalty or fees.

 

EMAIL. The customer agrees to receive advertisements and specials via email without penalty or fees.
